I lost
all of five pounds and I discovered that back in October. I haven't lost any weight since, how depressing. I've been staying on top of my water intake and eating less. Working out has been sporadic, but I do exercise at least three times a week. I really don't have any excuse because there are a shitload of exercise programs on my ondemand. So far I've been doing a last chance workout for the biggest loser (Jillian Michael's is NO JOKE!) and some yoga. I want to do the sunrise yoga in the mornings, but I seriously don't get up early enough for that. I took a nap earlier when I got home from work, so I just might not be up to do it tomorrow. That's okay because I did some yoga today so I'm okay. Jillain Michael's tomorrow... y'all pray for me. lol
